Polyurethane (PU) possesses excellent mechanical properties. Polyurethane (PU) is the only material which can be available in the wide hardness scale from 20 Shore A to 85 Shore D. By the selection of type of monomers, Polyurethane (PU) properties can be varied for desired application.

Rubber Concept has recently developed various Polyurethane (PU) Components both from Millable PU as well as Castable PU.

Millable PU can be processed on conventional rubber processing machinery and shows better elastic properties (such as flexibility, resilience, tear etc) compared to Castable PU.

Castable PU is manufactured by casting process and shows better plastic properties (such as strength, abrasion etc) compared to Millable PU.
